Having operatives work through Team Construction will save your company time and money in administration and ensure a legitimate and comprehensive setup for self-employed operatives. There is absolutely no cost to your business, we simply charge the sub-contractor a low fee of 3% (roughly £10-15) which is tax deductible. The arrangement is straightforward and very popular with sub-contractors. Moreover as there are no sign up or cancellation fees they can simply use us as and when they choose!
Our services are designed specifically for established contractors, sub-contractors, sole traders and partnerships holding CIS status (UTR number).
Team Construction will:
- ensure that each operative remains self-employed - not Schedule E (PAYE)
- verify each worker’s UTR number with the Revenue
- make monthly declarations to the Revenue for each sub-contractor
- deduct 20% tax from the sub-contractor’s salary (30% if non compliant)
- provide full Employers and Public Liability Insurance
- provide Personal Site Accident Insurance (optional)
